Why do we gather information: We collect information that helps serve your financial needs, provide high standards of customer service, offer new products or services for our clients and fulfill legal and regulatory requirements.

What information do we collect: The information we collect directly from you will include personal information such as name, address, social security number, date of birth, employer and information about your personal finances such as annual income, net worth, and tax bracket.

Information Disclosure: SHFSC does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers, except as permitted or required by law and to effect administer or enforce transactions requested by customer in the ordinary course of processing, servicing or maintaining customer accounts. Furthermore, SHFSC does not reserve the right to disclose nonpublic customer, personal information in the future without first notifying you of our change in privacy policy and providing a convenient opportunity for customers to opt out of information sharing with nonaffiliated third parties.

As permitted by federal and state laws, we may share or exchange information with companies engaged to work with us, such as third-party administrators and vendors hired to effect, administer, or enforce a transaction that you request or authorize; or to develop or maintain software. Employees are required to comply with our established policies.

We uphold these privacy principles throughout SHFSC and with our business partners. For unaffiliated third parties that require access to your personal information, we also require strict confidentiality in our agreements with such third parties.
